Shipping, Return, and Cancellation Policies

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped USPS 2-3 day priority mail (Cost and size of box depends on weight). Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Orders made after 5:00 pm on these days will be processed the following day unless the following day is Saturday. Orders made on Friday after 5:00 pm, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed that following Monday. Orders will be delivered to your residence 2-3 days after the package has left our facility. (Holidays/Weather can affect these times.) Shipping can be delayed by holidays/weather so please give extra time for your order to be delivered if ordered during holiday seasons.


Return Policy

All returns will be handled on an individual basis. If the product has been opened, you can not return the product. Returns are only offered if the product you received is wrong from what you ordered. To receive replacement orders, the original product you received that was wrong will need to be sent back to our facility. No card transaction will be returned, but we can replace the order that was wrong or offer store credit of equal value. All customer service inquiries will be handled through email. (Email provided on Store Information tab.)


Cancellation Policy

All transactions are final.
